FLOWER IKEBANA INDIGO is a refined Eau de Parfum that blends delicate floral and amber notes, illuminated by subtle mineral accents.

Kenzo pays homage to Japan’s most iconic hue — indigo blue, also known as Japanese blue, a shade derived from the leaves of the indigo shrub. Historically used to dye fabrics and garments, this timeless colour has now become a hallmark of Kenzo fashion, especially in their signature Japanese denim.

For this creation, perfumers Ane Ayo and Florian Gallo captured the essence of Japanese blue through Iris infused with Indigo Ink. At the heart of the fragrance, iris — the “blue gold” of perfumery — reveals its powdery and woody power. In the base, a unique Indigo Ink accord combines with smoky and leathery undertones of Blue Vanilla, crafting an irresistibly sensual and addictive scent.

Reflecting Kenzo’s commitment to a “more beautiful world”, this fragrance is composed of 90% naturally derived ingredients and exceptional raw materials. The packaging is inspired by the kakemono, a Japanese hanging scroll that celebrates art and simplicity. The elegant glass bottle, tinted with an indigo stem, is crafted entirely in France using 15% recycled glass, while the FSC-certified paper outer box comes from responsibly managed forests.
